Vibe Poker is currently in alpha development. This privacy policy applies to the current state of the service and may be updated as the project evolves.

• Room data: Room names and voting data you create or participate in

• User ID: A randomly generated identifier stored in cookies to maintain your session
• Last room visited: Stored locally to help you rejoin previous sessions

3.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Email addresses
• Real names or personal identification
• Payment information
• Location data
• Device fingerprints

We process your data based on:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Processing necessary for the operation of the service

• vbp_user_id: Your anonymous user identifier
• vbp_user_name: Your display name
• vbp_last_room: ID of your last visited room

These cookies are strictly necessary for the service and do not track you across other websites. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Room data is stored temporarily and may be deleted at any time without notice. We attempt to automatically delete room data that is older than 30 days to maintain system performance and minimize data storage.

Cookies are stored on your device and can be deleted through your browser settings. We do not maintain long-term archives of user data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
