Preparing your poker session
What's new in this version
Capture two estimates per story side-by-side:
Compare how AI assistance shifts the team's sizing in real time, and use the data to calibrate over many rounds.
Pick the deck that matches how your team estimates. Choose at room creation; the deck applies to all rounds.
After reveal, the room creator picks the team's consensus value from a dropdown. The agreed estimate is stored on the round, surfaced in history with a green badge, and added as a column in the CSV export. No more wondering "wait, what did we actually commit to?" in retro.
When the spread between min and max votes is wide, the highest and lowest voters get an amber highlight and an inline note field on reveal. Share your reasoning before re-voting: the notes are visible to everyone and saved on the round.
A line chart of vote distribution next to the stats badges, both in the live results dialog and in the historical-round accordion. AI-mode rounds show two side-by-side charts so you can spot where AI moved the team.
Join as a spectator (PMs, scrum masters, observers): see all votes and results, but you don't need to vote to unblock reveal. Tick "Join as spectator" when creating or joining a room, or toggle in/out anytime via the header.
A new button on the results dialog lets the creator immediately start another vote on the same story without retyping it. The story name auto-increments: "Login flow" → "Login flow - Round 2" → "Round 3": so each re-vote shows up as its own line in history.
Creator-only download of the room's full history as CSV: one row per completed round (two for AI-mode rounds), with id, story name, date, agreed value, min/avg/max, and one column per participant.
Find it in the room header next to Destroy Room. Auth-gated server-side: non-creators get a 403.
